Sessions last one hour. Longer sessions can be arranged too. For the most benefit, it’s best to arrange consecutive sessions, to foster lasting growth and change. I offer you a safe and supportive space to be seen and heard without judgement, respecting your preferences, your priorities and your chosen process and pace. Any time you feel unsure or hesitant, we explore what your body is telling you.Even in our first session together, you will leave with some clarity or insight, a realistic action plan for your next steps, and at least one strategy to help you on your way.Privacy and confidentiality are guaranteed. All telehealth communications are encrypted.

Depending on your needs, I have a sliding scale and can offer significant discounts for packages.My standard fee is $150 per hourly session. Work-related issues can be tax-deductible. Although I prefer sessions during business hours, I also see you outside of your work hours, including at weekends. We arrange the next appointment each time we meet, so you can start without delay and can see steady progress.

I value our time together and reserve your appointment specifically for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. In-person sessions are in Albert Park, Melbourne. Telehealth sessions can also be conducted via Zoom, or can be blended.  If I am helping you with something like decluttering, I can also come to your home, depending on distance.
