Informative, exceptionally well presented. Topics were very evenly covered, as well as allowing time for discussion. Jacquie is very knowledgeable on her subjects as well as very experienced, and is therefore very interesting and credible to listen to. Her delivery is natural, enthusiastic and always interesting.
